How to make a money transfer?

To make a money transfer, log in to your personal account and follow the link transfer. You need to fill out the transfer form: select the receiving country, enter the amount to be received and fill in the recipient's bank details.

How long does it take to complete a money transfer?

The money transfer is completed within 15 minutes. During non-working hours, weekends and holidays the term may be extended.

Why can't I send a money transfer?

The inability to make a transfer may be caused by one of the following reasons:

There are not enough funds in your balance to complete the money transfer.
You have exceeded your money transfer limit.

The money transfer was sent, but I did not receive the money, what should I do?
